Ordering your Custom Made Brack!! I prefer to talk with my customers when it comes to fitting you and your hunting and /or target shooting needs. I enjoy helping you in selecting your woods and answering all of your questions. Please note: "There are NO stupid questions." If you don't know something, ask, I'll be happy to explain anything about Brackenbury Bows. Now I'm going to work long, hard hours hand making your Custom Bow. Yup, that's right, I will do all the work...No staff of "bow builders" or a CNC running in the corner fashioning your bow. So I will ask you questions like: Are you going to hunt or shoot targets with your bow or both? How do you hunt, tree stand or stalk? What kind of terrain do you hunt? What is your shooting style? What's your draw length measured on a recurve or longbow? Hand size for customizing your grip. Just to list a few. I like to learn as much as possible about you for the fitting of your new bow. Then we get into wood choices and the different characteristics that will benefit your preferences. Remember this is a special purchase, I take it very seriously and will work hard to build you a Brack of your dreams. Being a handmade, one at a time, bow it's not going to happen overnight. So please understand that my back log is approximately 24 months. I continue the service after you have received your Custom Brack! If for any reason you do not like what I've built specially for you, talk to me! I want you to be very open and up front with me. Don't feel that you can't! I'm very understanding and will work hard to make it right. For example: Say the grip is just a little to big for your hand or maybe just needs a little tweaking to get that perfect fit. That's not a good reason to put it on EBay and sell it. Call me and we'll work together to get that perfect fit for you. "IF" you just don't like the bow at all, don't worry about my feelings, call me and explain your dislike. You send the bow back and I will refund your payment less SH&I and FET. You've heard the saying..."You can please some sometimes, but not everybody all the time." If your not happy with your Brack, I want to know and will work with you to make it right. ORDERING INFORMATION: Order Form To order your new Brackenbury Custom Bow, download, fill out, and mail an order form or call Brackenbury Custom Bows at 509-468-3905. Shop Hours are: 6AM to 5PM PST. I accept personal checks, cash, money order, Visa and MasterCard. A 3% adder will be applied to order for credit card charges. Custom Bow & Custom Limb Order: Once I receive your order, your name will be placed on the waiting list (Delivery Info), no deposit is required. When your name reaches the top of the list, I will contact you for final order details and full payment of your order. I will build your bow in the next 2 to 3 months from date payment is received. If payment is not received within 15 days of final order details contact you will lose your spot and taken off the waiting list. Lead time on the waiting list is 24 months or less. (11% of every bow purchase goes towards federal excise tax, used to support wildlife, not applicable on International Orders)
