has all the durability and dependability characteristics of the previous recurves.
A new limb design and limb angle makes a bow that is smoother, easier to shoot and more efficient. The shorter 58”, 60" & 62", models utilize a more set forward riser which really enhances the shootability of the shorter bow.
Materials that were used in the standard Phantom used to be a combination of brown and gray laminated Actionwood in the riser with accent strip of Bubinga and two Purple Heart flanked with natural maple. Limbs used to be constructed of Actionwood that matches the color of the riser, then backed with clear glass for strength, durability and beauty. Truly a Handsome Bow. Since the Actionwood that we used to use in this bow design is no longer made using Maple but now White Birch, The Phantom is only available in exotic woods. Your choice of exotic riser woods with veneered limbs under clear glass.
The Phantom is available in 58", 60", 62", 64", and 66" lengths. The 58", 60" & 62" bows utilize a set forward riser (deflexed) pictured to the right, 64" & 66" is on a straight riser pictured to the left.
